5.2. Rules of Conduct

We expect all visitors to behave respectfully and responsibly. Any conduct deemed harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate may result in removal from the bike park and potential legal action. Rules of conduct include but are not limited to:

• Use designated trails and avoid restricted areas.
• Report any accidents or hazards to park staff immediately.

6. Activity Policies

The following policies apply to all activities organized by Bike Park Bovec:

• Minimum number of participants for our shuttle service is 2 people.
• Use of the Bike Park Bovec trails is only permitted with a valid ticket.
• In the event of bad weather or other exceptional circumstances, Bike Park Bovec reserves the right to cancel or suspend activity at any time. If Bike Park Bovec cancels the shuttle service before starting, you are entitled to a refund. If Bike Park Bovec trip shuttle service is interrupted or shortened due to higher forces (e.g., weather) and, consequently, for safety reasons, we do not return the money.
• Bike Park Bovec reserves the right to cancel a shuttle service if the number of participants is less than the minimum.
• In case of cancellation of the activity by the guest in case of a shortened trip due to poor physical fitness of the individual, the participant is not entitled to reimbursement of the reservation costs.
• All gift cards purchased through our website are valid till the date specified on the gift card. The validity of the gift card will not be extended.
• All gift cards purchased through our website can be returned within 14 days of purchase. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund. Returns and refunds after 14 days are not possible.
• For a full refund, customers must cancel reservations at least 24 hours before the start of the shuttle service. If a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the start, Bike Park Bovec will not offer a refund.
• Bike Park Bovec is not responsible for any injuries incurred during the use of bike trails.
• Every participant must sign a waiver displayed on the booking page. In case the waiver is not signed, it is considered as if it is.
• In case of using our bike trails in contravention of a signed statement, rules of conduct, safety guidelines or in case of disregard of the instructions from Bike Park Bovec staff, we reserve the right to withdraw the ticket from the guest.
• Bike Park Bovec does not recommend using bike park trails for pregnant women and people with serious health problems or injuries.
• Injury incurred during the trip must be reported immediately to the authorized person of Bike Park Bovec. The participant completes the accident report, which he or she is obliged to sign. Bike Park Bovec offers the injured person the appropriate first aid, or escorts them to the nearest health facility. Bike Park Bovec will not take into account any injuries reported subsequently or not reported in Bike Park Bovec sports center.
• Bike Park Bovec does not take any responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Bike Park Bovec can occassionally take photos on the trails and thus reserves the right to use photographs for promotional purposes.
• Bike Park Bovec reserves the right to charge any damage, theft, or loss of rented equipment. The amount is determined in the appraisal process by the company’s professional staff.
• Bike Park Bovec reserves the right to change the prices at any time. Customers with existing reservations have the right to cancel their reservations free of charge if they don’t agree to pay the new price.

7. Equipment Rental

7.1. Rental Agreement

If you rent equipment from us, you agree to our rental terms and conditions. You are responsible for the care and return of rented equipment in the same condition as received, subject to reasonable wear and tear.

7.2. Damage and Loss

You are liable for any damage to or loss of rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Fees for repair or replacement may be charged to you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
